Honey. Delicious, right? Lovely on toast, on your roast parsnips and with lemon when you're feeling poorly. But what about the bees that produce it?

The Native British Bee has been under threat for some time and we are working to establish a strong local stock. Over the years, Native British Bees have been affected from other breeds of bees being introduced to the UK from overseas and mixing with our local population. But, while this does the job in producing honey and pollinating plants, it's meant that our native bee numbers have fallen.

So, we're bringing native bees back to the local area.
